At Splendor Garden, we are committed to providing the highest quality organic spices and herbs; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened items.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened spice containers in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that shipping costs for non-defective food items are the responsibility of the customer.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
